VDA Gallery Academy opened its doors in 1993. In the heart of the old town of Vilnius – on Pilies Street – the gallery “Akademija” presents the work of VAA professors, students and doctoral students. Visitors can observe the first creative steps of young artists here, as well as see the works of well-known Lithuanian artists. Personal and group exhibitions held in the gallery not only reflect the creative achievements of specific people, but also reveal more general artistic and scientific processes taking place at the Academy.
