“Nulinis laipsnis” _0* ( or “To the Power of Zero) is independent Gallery of Architecture and The Platform for Architectural Culture and Criticism, established in the year 2014. The location of the gallery is conscious choice. It is located in Vilnius (Lithuania), Šv. Stepono 14, in the Studio owned by the famous architect and Artist Valdas Ozarinskas, who passed away there in 2014. This symbolic choice is based on the attempt to save this place as the cultural space as well, as implement Valdas’s and his friends idea to start The Gallery of Architecture in Vilnius and Lithuania.
