ARTVILNIUS'21

THE LARGEST EVENT OF VISUAL ARTS IN EASTERN EUROPE

The biggest visual arts event in the Eastern region, the contemporary art fair ArtVilnius’21,  invited everyone on October 15-17 at the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Center LITEXPO. ArtVilnius’21 brought together 56 galleries from 12 countries.

ArtVilnius is not just a traditional gallery fair. The structure of the event comprises of the 10 most important highlights: gallery program, the project zone, sculptures and performances exhibition Takas, focus – works on paper, lectures, discussions, meetings, and conferences, young collector’s stand, selection of the best participants of the fair, tours of the fair with art critics, gallery festival Art After Hours, virtual fair space (3D tours, electronic catalogue of participants).
In the ArtVilnius’21 project area, visitors were able to see exhibitions of world-famous artists, collections of museums and art foundations, and expositions of institutions. Project zone participants Polish Museum of Contemporary Art MOCAK, Lewben Art Foundation, founded by ArtVilnius’21 exclusive partner Lewben, SetP Stanikas, Stasys Eidrigevičius’ Arts Center in Panevėžys, Contemporary Art Center, Jonas Mekas Visual Arts Center.

YOUNG COLLECTOR'S STAND

The young collector’s stand is dedicated to small-format works of art, the price of which does not exceed the chosen range, and young collectors, art lovers, or those only starting to get interested in art, can discover and buy their first work of art, or maybe add to an already existing collection.
In this curated stand, you will find 27 small-format works selected by various galleries participating in the fair, the price of which does not exceed 500 euros.
